During COVID 19 Lock Down

All our stores are currently closed as per Government Guidelines.

We are still able to continue our online sales and home delivery service, but in order to ensure social distancing and keep our staff safe we are working with a vastly reduced number of staff.

We are receiving a large number of orders online whilst people are in social isolation and we are doing our best to get deliveries out as fast as we possibly can.

Please allow extra time for delays with orders during this extremely difficult time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

IN STOCK: For items we have 'In Stock' we are despatching within 1 - 4 Days.
(Please disregard the auto response messages you may receive, we will email you when your order is despatched)

OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE FOR ORDER: We will contact you with estimated delivery times within 4 working days.
(This is not our usual timescale its just for this difficult period)

RESPONSE TO MESSAGES: We are experiencing a high volume of enquires please allow up to 4 working days for a response. We usually respond within 48 hours. 

RETURNS: We have a 14 day returns policy from the day after you receive the item. During the lock-down period it may prove difficult to return an item within the 14 day period. Providing you have contacted us regarding returning your order within the 14 days we will honor the return after this period
(eg you can return the item within 28 days providing you inform us within 14 days of receiving the order you are returning it)
PLEASE NOTE: Our returns dept may take up to 28 days to contact you regarding your return due to low staff and isolation issues. We will help you as fast as we can.
