IN STOCK: For items we have 'In Stock' we are despatching on a next working day delivery on orders before 2pm.

OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE FOR ORDER: If possible we have the delivery date estimate on the 'product listing'. We will also contact you after placing your order to keep you fully informed of the delivery date for your order.
RESPONSE TO MESSAGES: We aim to respond all all messages the same day, but within a maximum within 48 hours (excludes weekends and bank holidays).
RETURNS: We have a 14 day returns policy from the day after you receive the item.
