We are still able to continue our online sales and home delivery service, but in order to ensure social distancing and keep our staff safe we are working with a vastly reduced number of staff.

We are receiving a large number of orders online whilst people are in social isolation and we are doing our best to get deliveries out as fast as we possibly can.

Please allow extra time for delays with orders during this extremely difficult time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

IN STOCK: For items we have 'In Stock' we are despatching on a next working day delivery on orders before 1pm.

OUT OF STOCK AVAILABLE FOR ORDER: We will contact you with estimated delivery times within 3 working days.
(This is not our usual timescale its just for this difficult period)

RESPONSE TO MESSAGES: We are experiencing a high volume of enquiries please allow up to 3 working days for a response. We usually respond within 48 hours. 

RETURNS: We have a 14 day returns policy from the day after you receive the item.
