Examples:
A. If the standard guarantee with the product is 2 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 5 Years.
B. If the standard guarantee is currently 5 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 8 Years.

Covers The Cost Of Engineer Time: If a product goes wrong after the standard guarantee period engineer time can be very expensive, involving evaluation fees from a minimum of £45.00 + vat, plus additional labour and parts (if required).
Covers The Cost of Parts: Depending on the issue parts can be very expensive.
None Portable Products Are Repaired At Your Home: Items that are not portable are repaired at your home for no extra fee! These items are Home Digital Pianos (excludes portable pianos) and Acoustic Pianos.
Covers Product Replacement Cost: If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period beyond economical repair your product will be replaced "like for like" as determined by Rimmers Music, or monetary compensation will be given to the equivalent current market value of the product at the time (subject to condition at the sole descretion of Rimmers Music).
This Extended Guarantee is in addition to the standard Rimmers Music and manufacturer guarantee policies, and the Rimmers Music terms and conditions of sale. The Gibson ES-339 is a joy to play and is very comfortable to sit and play, due to its smaller body size and is light weight and easy to manage when stood up playing. The pearloid dot inlay rosewood fingerboard on a hand-rolled Rounded "C" mahogany neck remind players where it all started. The 57 / 57 Classic + humbuckers paired with our hand-wired tone circuit showcases the versatile Gibson ES tone that players have craved for over 60 years. Tuning stability and precise intonation are provided by the Grover Rotomatic tuners with Kidney buttons paired with light-weight Aluminum ABR-1 bridge and Stop bar tailpiece. Impressive gloss finishes include Cherry, and Trans Ebony.

Products which are in stock will be delivered on a next working day service when ordered before 2pm*. This excludes some larger pianos which may require specialist 2 person home installation. This service usually takes no longer than 14 days to complete.
Pre order products
Products which are available to order, but are not in stock. When you purchase a pre order product we reserve stock for you from the next available incoming shipment. We will regularly update you via email with up to date lead times.
Home Installation Piano Deliveries
When you purchase a piano which we supply with home installation we place the piano in a room of your choice **, we will get in touch once we have received your order to arrange the delivery. Home installations are usually completed within 14 days of the order but often sooner if the item is in stock.
