Covers Product Replacement Cost: If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period beyond economical repair your product will be replaced "like for like" as determined by Rimmers Music, or monetary compensation will be given to the equivalent current market value of the product at the time (subject to condition at the sole descretion of Rimmers Music).

The new Les Paul Standard returns to the classic design that made it relevant, played and loved shaping sound across generations and genres of music. It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of innovation and brings authenticity back to life. The Les Paul Standard 50's has a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50's-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It's equipped with an ABR-1, the classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, vintage deluxe tuners with keystone buttons, and amber top hat knobs. The calibrated Burstbucker 1 (neck) and Burstbucker 2 (bridge) pickups are loaded with AlNiCo II magnets, audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors.

The guitar is made with the winning formula that the Les Paul is known for. The solid Mahogany body is topped with Figured Maple. This classic combo gives you an undeniably beautiful aesthetic, not to mention jaw-dropping sustain, weighty lows and a timeless top-end sparkle.
In keeping with tradition, the neck is also Mahogany, in this case using a rounded ‘50s-style profile. Combined with a Rosewood fingerboard and Trapezoid inlays, it feels, looks and sounds every bit as classic as you’d expect.

Gibson have loaded the ‘50s Standard with Burstbuckers featuring Alnico II magnets. These magnets are known for their PAF-style sound; combined with the Mahogany & Maple duo and handwired electronics with Orange Drop capacitors, the Burstbuckers deliver that singing Les Paul tone that’s inspired guitarists for generations.
The hardware has been carefully selected to echo the classic Les Paul blueprint. Vintage Deluxe tuners & Amber Top Hat knobs are among the notable features, with Nickel plating and luxurious binding perfectly tells the story of an iconic instrument.

Home installations are usually completed within 14 days of the order but often sooner if the item is in stock.
