An electro acoustic guitar is constructed similarly to an acoustic guitar, with the exception that it incorporates an electrical pickup. This guitar is excellent for live performances because it can be played both plugged into an amplifier or a PA system and unplugged. a flexible piece of equipment!
Welcome to our department for electro acoustic guitars. Acoustic guitars and electric guitars are the two main genres of guitars. An acoustic guitar can be played anywhere and amplifies its own sound through the hollow body's reverberation. An electric guitar must be connected to an amplifier in order to produce music, but amplifier volume levels are significantly higher than those of an acoustic guitar. The Electro Acoustic guitar sits in the middle and combines the greatest features of both. When connected to an amplifier, an electro-acoustic guitar can be played both acoustically and at higher volumes. This is so because electro acoustic guitars are simply acoustic guitars with an amp-compatible special pickup built in.
The Taylor 200 series, which includes the desirable Taylor 214ce, is one of our most popular electro acoustic guitars. These and many other electro acoustic guitars are excellent for beginners playing at home acoustically, but they can also handle playing live at gigs or recording by plugging straight into an amp or mixer!
