Examples:
A. If the standard guarantee with the product is 2 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 5 Years.
B. If the standard guarantee is currently 5 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 8 Years.

Covers The Cost Of Engineer Time: If a product goes wrong after the standard guarantee period engineer time can be very expensive, involving evaluation fees from a minimum of £45.00 + vat, plus additional labour and parts (if required).
Covers The Cost of Parts: Depending on the issue parts can be very expensive.
None Portable Products Are Repaired At Your Home: Items that are not portable are repaired at your home for no extra fee! These items are Home Digital Pianos (excludes portable pianos) and Acoustic Pianos.
Covers Product Replacement Cost: If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period beyond economical repair your product will be replaced "like for like" as determined by Rimmers Music, or monetary compensation will be given to the equivalent current market value of the product at the time (subject to condition at the sole descretion of Rimmers Music).
This Extended Guarantee is in addition to the standard Rimmers Music and manufacturer guarantee policies, and the Rimmers Music terms and conditions of sale. The CN201 is the latest addition to Kawai’s CN Series of mid-range digital pianos, and the successor to the popular CN29. With structural and cushioning improvements that increase stability when keys are pressed and decrease action noise when keys are released, this upgraded 2022 model has a better version of the Responsive Hammer III keyboard action. The Shigeru Kawai SK-EX concert grand piano tones of the CN201's predecessor are still present, but it also comes with a brand-new AC power converter that helps the instrument's smoother, clearer sound through both speakers and headphones. In addition, the newly incorporated Low Volume Balance feature ingeniously alters the piano's characteristics for optimum expression when playing at low volume levels.
The CN201 now has Bluetooth Audio connectivity in addition to Bluetooth MIDI, enabling wireless playback of music from mobile devices through the instrument's speakers. To match the current 2.5" OLED display, the revised CN201 has revamped control panels with a more user-friendly button layout. Finally, the CN201 supports Kawai's most recent PianoRemote and PiaBookPlayer apps, enabling selection of sounds, settings, and lesson song scores from an iOS or Android smartphone that is compatible. This is true of all new Kawai instruments introduced in recent years.
