Examples:
A. If the standard guarantee with the product is 2 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 5 Years.
B. If the standard guarantee is currently 5 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 8 Years.

Covers The Cost Of Engineer Time: If a product goes wrong after the standard guarantee period engineer time can be very expensive, involving evaluation fees from a minimum of £45.00 + vat, plus additional labour and parts (if required).
Covers The Cost of Parts: Depending on the issue parts can be very expensive.
None Portable Products Are Repaired At Your Home: Items that are not portable are repaired at your home for no extra fee! These items are Home Digital Pianos (excludes portable pianos) and Acoustic Pianos.
Covers Product Replacement Cost: If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period beyond economical repair your product will be replaced "like for like" as determined by Rimmers Music, or monetary compensation will be given to the equivalent current market value of the product at the time (subject to condition at the sole descretion of Rimmers Music).
This Extended Guarantee is in addition to the standard Rimmers Music and manufacturer guarantee policies, and the Rimmers Music terms and conditions of sale. The CN301, which replaces the well-know CN39, is the newest model in Kawai's CN Series of mid-range digital pianos. With structural and cushioning enhancements that increase stability when keys are depressed and reduce action noise when keys are released, this upgraded 2022 model has a better version of the Responsive Hammer III keyboard action. The CN301 keeps the excellent Shigeru Kawai SK-EX concert grand piano sounds of its predecessor but adds a brand-new AC power converter that helps the instrument's smoother, cleaner sound over both speakers and headphones. Additionally, the newly installed Low Volume Balance feature intelligently modifies the piano's characteristics for best expression when playing at low volume levels, and new diffuser panels placed to the top-facing speakers aid in enhancing the piano's sonic projection in all directions.
To go along with the huge OLED display, the new CN301 has revamped control panels with a more user-friendly button layout.
The CN301 also supports Kawai's most recent PianoRemote and PiaBookPlayer apps, enabling selection of sounds, settings, and lesson music scores from an iOS or Android smartphone that is compatible. This is true of all new Kawai instruments introduced in recent years.
