A. If the standard guarantee with the product is 2 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 5 Years.
B. If the standard guarantee is currently 5 years, by adding this Extended Guarantee the total period of cover would be 8 Years.

Covers The Cost Of Engineer Time: If a product goes wrong after the standard guarantee period engineer time can be very expensive, involving evaluation fees from a minimum of £45.00 + vat, plus additional labour and parts (if required).
Covers The Cost of Parts: Depending on the issue parts can be very expensive.
None Portable Products Are Repaired At Your Home: Items that are not portable are repaired at your home for no extra fee! These items are Home Digital Pianos (excludes portable pianos) and Acoustic Pianos.
Covers Product Replacement Cost: If your product develops a fault within the guarantee period beyond economical repair your product will be replaced "like for like" as determined by Rimmers Music, or monetary compensation will be given to the equivalent current market value of the product at the time (subject to condition at the sole descretion of Rimmers Music).
This Extended Guarantee is in addition to the standard Rimmers Music and manufacturer guarantee policies, and the Rimmers Music terms and conditions of sale. The Kawai K800 AS is the flagship model of the Kawai K series; it is the ultimate in upright piano craftsmanship. The piano is 134 cm high and on this model has a Grand style music rest, a very nice feature the piano is exceptional to play and gives a powerful strong full professional sound. As in the other K series models the piano has the Millennium iii upright action with ABS carbon composites, which is absolutely fantastic and responsive to play. And has Neotex key surfaces giving a real feel of Ivory and ebony to the playing surfaces.
This model now has full Duplex scaling (upper& lower) which gives greater accuracy of tuning and now has string Agraffes which further help in the stability of the tuning. The hammers are double felted with Royal George felt and with mahogany cores. The heart of any piano is the soundboard and is solid spruce; this model now has 6 back posts and 12 ribs attached to the soundboard, giving a strong responsive sound to the whole piano.
The soft fall lid as from the K500 now has a lock fitted and the extra wide music rest which is very useful to hold longer scores of music. The piano has 3 pedals, and on this model has a True Sostenuto pedal. The piano is fitted with double castors for easier movement. The model is only available in black polish.

When you purchase a piano which we supply with home installation we place the piano in a room of your choice **, we will get in touch once we have received your order to arrange the delivery. Home installations are usually completed within 14 days of the order but often sooner if the item is in stock.
