This Taylor Builders Edition 614ce Grand Auditorium sounds lovely and is a joy to play. The Solid Sitka Spruce paired with the Solid Big Leaf Maple Back & Sides give this guitar such a great punchy tone and a bold sound. The Wild Honey Burst finish is gorgeous and finishes this guitar off beautifully. As you would expect from a Taylor guitar, it is a joy to play. No matter what music you play, this guitar will give you what you need. The guitar is fitted with a Taylor Expression System 2 pickup, so live play is easy and sounds great. Finished with a gorgeous Wild Honey Burst color treatment, the Builder's Edition 614ce WHB sports a distinctive look that matches its punchy, bold sound. Solid Big Leaf Maple back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top serve up a vibrant, articulate sound with additional warmth from revoicing touches by Andy Powers. The torrefied top brings a bit of aged-in sweetness, and the V-Class bracing helps pump out more volume and longer sustain with a more in-tune overall sound. This Builder's Edition model sports a beveled armrest and cutaway, chamfered edges, and our noise-reducing Silent Satin finish. It ships with ES2 electronics and a hardshell case.
