This is a brand new guitar we are selling as an authorized Taylor dealer at Rimmers Music. This Taylor Builders Edition 717e Grand Pacific electro acoustic guitar in the finish of Wild Honey Burst is a stunning guitar, in all departments. The finish is beautiful and the tone is lovely and deep with a rich aged tone, due to the torrefied top. With Taylors V-Class bracing, this guitar sustains with fantastic power and tone, from both the low-end and the top-end. This guitar sounds great being recorded. The Sitka Spruce Top and Indian Rosewood Back & Sides pair together so well. The guitar comes with a Builders Edition Taylor Hardcase, which you can see in the pictures.

Grand Pacific Body Shape
The new Grand Pacific body shape is a bold move from Taylor. It has been designed by Taylor’s Master luthier Andy Powers as an attempt to improve the Dreadnought. Andy wanted to create a great guitar that did away with certain issues associated with the dreadnought design.
Beautiful, Quality Woods
The 717e is made with a sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides. The top has been torrefied to bring out a mature and confident tone from the very wood itself. This process also causes the wood takes on a gorgeous, honeyed look.
V-Class Bracing
Developed by Taylor’s Master Builder Andy Powers, this is an innovative new style of bracing. It tackles the issue of achieving sustain and tone without sacrificing volume. V-Class bracing allows the guitar’s top to move and vibrate in a more stable manner, resulting in more focus and response from the wood. This control means more volume and projection. The ‘V’ of the bracing travels the middle of the guitar, maintaining rigidity and lending sustain and resonance to your notes. V-Class bracing means a louder, richer sound with better intonation and response.
Expression System 2
This is widely recognised as one of the greatest acoustic pickup systems available. It translates every ounce of tone, detail and dynamic from your fingertips, strings and guitar wood. This gives the audience an accurate and fully realistic translation of your performance.

Products which are in stock will be delivered on a next working day service when ordered before 2pm*. This excludes some larger pianos which may require specialist 2 person home installation. This service usually takes no longer than 14 days to complete.
Pre order products
Products which are available to order, but are not in stock. When you purchase a pre order product we reserve stock for you from the next available incoming shipment. We will regularly update you via email with up to date lead times.
Home Installation Piano Deliveries
When you purchase a piano which we supply with home installation we place the piano in a room of your choice **, we will get in touch once we have received your order to arrange the delivery. Home installations are usually completed within 14 days of the order but often sooner if the item is in stock.
