Good straight out of the box (but not perfect - see below), this little 12er is very good value for money.

It plays well, stays mostly in tune, and seems well made.

Mine came with a proper hard case, although I believe they used to come with a zero gravity gig bag.

Acoustically it's loud and vibrant. Notes project very well, and it's also very strummable. It responds well to the *way* you pick or strum, too.

Plugged in, it's excellent, giving a strong, full tone to the PA.

The hardware is good. Machine heads work fine, nut & saddle decent quality, and the fretwork and woodwork are very nice.

On mine, the nut was a little high, as was the saddle. Neck relief was just right, but there was a little nut binding happening on the 2nd course of strings, which caused a bit of tuning hassle. Easily fixed by lubricating the nut slots.

Each of these issues were slight, but the guitar is far better for them being fixed.

I'd strongly recommend this guitar, but would budget for a setup too, to get it perfect (which I'd do for any new guitar, actually).

Definitely a bargain.
