Millenium III Key Action
Crafted with groundbreaking composite materials, the Millennium III action delivers a level of speed, strength, and stability beyond traditional wooden mechanisms. Its carbon-infused design is both lighter and more durable, enabling faster key repetition, effortless control, and long-lasting reliability. Pianists experience unmatched responsiveness and consistency, from the softest whisper of a note to the most powerful fortissimo. The Millennium III is not just an action—it’s a redefinition of touch, designed to inspire confidence and elevate performance for generations to come.
New Key Profiles
Extended keys offer a smoother, more consistent response across the entire playing surface, making every note easier to control. Their taller profile and concert-length key buttons add remarkable rigidity, ensuring exceptional energy transfer and delivering optimum power with every touch
Solid Spruce Tapered Soundboard
The Kawai tapered soundboard, crafted from solid spruce, is a masterclass in acoustic engineering. Its precision-tapered design allows the wood to vibrate more freely, producing rich, resonant tones with remarkable clarity and dynamic range. Pianists benefit from a responsive, expressive touch, as every nuance—from the softest pianissimo to the most powerful fortissimo—is captured with stunning accuracy. The solid spruce construction ensures durability and long-lasting tonal excellence, making each performance vibrant, nuanced, and truly inspiring
V-Pro Plate
Crafted from premium cast iron with a precision-engineered V-shaped structure, the Kawai V-Pro Plate enhances strength and stability while optimising the transfer of string vibrations. The result is richer, more resonant tones with exceptional balance and sustain, allowing every note to project with clarity and power. This innovative design ensures that each performance is dynamic, expressive, and unmistakably Kawai.
