This Kawai Ge-30 model is a 2005 model ,and is a 164 cm  5'5" grand piano, and is a Japanese made model. It has been regularly tuned and maintained.This model has a Solid quarter-sawn spruce soundboard , giving this piano its very rich sound. The action is Kawai's acclaimed Millenium iii action, which is a joy to play. The piano has individual String Agraffes which add to the stabilty of the tuning and tone of the piano, along with Duplex scaling to improve the tone of the upper treble strings .The piano has a Soft fall key lid.As mentioned the  piano at 5'5" in length is not a big grand piano , and would fit nicely into most homes quite easily. The piano has been well looked after and is at concert pitch, there are some age related duster type blemishes about the case , but as you can see from the photos, in different lights you don't see them. This is a quality made Japanese piano that plays and sounds fantastic.
