Standard courier / Next Working Day delivery

Your order will be delivered by DPD, DX or FedEx for you to unpack and set up at home. This service covers delivery, with assembly and installation available separately where offered.

Eligible products ordered before 2pm, Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, will be dispatched for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following working day, for delivery the working day after.

Delivery & installation

If you would prefer to have your piano assembled and installed for you, and this service is not already included, you can select the delivery & installation upgrade at checkout, where available.

Delivery & installation covers ground-floor deliveries with easy access. If your delivery involves stairs, steps or difficult access, please contact us before ordering so we can advise and provide a quotation for any additional charges.
