• Once your product is registered, you can download the guarantee extension certificate.
• The guarantee extension is only valid if the original purchase receipt is submitted.
• together with the guarantee extension certificate at the time of any claim.
• Guarantee extended by 5 years for all acoustic piano parts (10 years in total from purchase date).
• Guarantee extended by 3 years for all electronic parts (5 years in total from purchase date).

Delivery to UK mainland addresses* is FREE for orders of £75.00 or above. A small charge will be made for orders under this amount.

Large digital pianos and all acoustic pianos include delivery & installation, this will be specified in the stock message for all applicable products. Extra charges will be incurred for steps and access issues.

Products eligible for next working day delivery will be dispatched with an overnight courier - DPD, DX, or FedEx - to be delivered on the next available weekday if ordered before 2pm, Monday-Friday. If ordered after 2pm or on a weekend or Bank Holiday, the order will be processed and shipped on the following working day, to be delivered on the next working day after this.

If you would prefer to have your piano delivered & installed in your home, there is an option to upgrade to this service at checkout. Please note, this includes ground floor and easy access deliveries only, stairs and access issues will be subject to additional charges quoted on an individual basis.
