Common Questions

Do you have physical stores as well as an online shop?

Yes, Rimmers Music operates several piano showrooms across the UK, alongside our online shop which delivers all over the UK.

What instruments do you stock in your stores?

Our physical stores stock a huge range of acoustic and digital pianos. We also hold some keyboard stock, but keyboards are not displayed on the shop floor, so if there’s a specific model you’d like to view, please get in touch in advance.

Do all stores offer the same range of pianos?

Each store’s display varies. Some locations have a larger selection of acoustic pianos, while others feature more digital piano models. For keyboards or a particular piano you’d like to try, please contact the store beforehand so we can check availability. In most cases, we can arrange to get the product you want to see to the relevant store.

Do you offer music lessons?

Yes, several of our locations include a music school offering lessons in various instruments. Availability may vary depending on the branch, so it’s best to enquire directly with your chosen store.

Do you offer finance or payment plans?

Yes, we provide 0% interest-free credit and a range of finance options on qualifying purchases. We also offer interest baring finance on other models. These can be arranged both online and in-store.

What if I cannot find my nearest store listed?

If your area isn’t shown, you can still shop with us online, we deliver across the UK, including major cities and surrounding areas such as:London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Bristol, Cardiff, Nottingham, Leicester, Sheffield, Southampton, Portsmouth, and most other UK regions. Our store list is updated regularly, and our team is always available to help with piano enquiries by phone or email.

How can I get help or advice before buying a piano?

Our store teams are piano specialists and are happy to offer guidance. Whether you’re looking for a first instrument or something more advanced, you can visit a showroom or contact us by phone or email for personalised advice. If you’d like to view a specific model, please get in touch so we can ensure it’s available.
