We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning refurbished Yamaha U3, a highly regarded model from Yamaha’s renowned U-Series.
Manufactured in 1973 during Yamaha's 'Golden-Age of piano building', this U3 has been carefully refurbished and maintained, offering the superb tone, responsive touch and reliability for which Yamaha pianos are so well known. It represents an excellent opportunity to own a quality Yamaha U3 at a very attractive price.
The piano is currently at concert pitch and has been regularly tuned and thoroughly checked by approved technicians. The key action is beautifully responsive, well balanced and satisfying to play, making this an excellent piano for both the developing pianist and more experienced player.
Externally, the cabinet presents beautifully, with a striking high-gloss polished ebony finish and no major signs of general wear and tear. As with any older piano that has been refurbished and polished, however, please note that the high-gloss finish may show some swirl polishing marks and/or fine surface scratches when viewed closely or under certain lighting. These are consistent with the piano's age and previous refurbishment.
Please also note that this is a refurbished, pre-owned piano and not a new instrument. While the cabinet is in a excellent condition and the piano has been carefully checked and maintained, it should be viewed as a quality older instrument rather than a brand-new piano.
