From a previous generation, the Roland LX7 is an excellent high-end model that contains a SuperNATURAL sound system to deliver a rich tone that effectively reacts to your playing style. Featuring Roland's PHA-50 action with wooden feel keys, this instrument effectively creates a very authentic piano experience. With the six acoustic projection speakers which make an immersive sound creating a brilliant tonal depth across the range. Alternatively, if playing with headphones, the LX7 uses the 3D Headphone Ambience technology to make it sound like the player are experiencing the sound in a live room. This particular model is in great condition in the lovely, rare Brown Walnut finish, with only a few very minor signs of wear & tear, please see the photos for more details. As a rare model of a high-standard at this price, I'd highly recommend that this is excellent value for money!

Roland’s Acoustic Projection speaker system reproduces the rich, immersive sound experience of an acoustic grand piano. The LX-7 houses a three-way, six-speaker system, and each section fulfils a specific role in delivering superior piano tone. The powerful cabinet speakers produce the all-enveloping main piano sound, while the top-mounted spatial speakers reproduce the resonance of the piano’s frame. Finally, the nearfield speakers project the sounds most likely to be noticed by the player, including dramatic, dynamic overtones and even the noise of the hammers as they hit the piano string. The sound can also be made even clearer by opening the front board, just like on an acoustic piano.

One of the great advantages of a digital piano is the ability to play quietly with headphones.
